Four practices we combine on purpose. Familiar on their own – together they go deeper.
Cold is the fastest way into the present. We never enter the water unprepared: first an introduction and breathwork, then the guided entry – and you decide how far you go. What remains is a clear head, calm breath and a body that feels alive.

Vinyasa in the morning in tune with the sunrise, Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra in the evening to let the day go. Our teachers work with small groups and adapt the practice – beginners are just as welcome as experienced yogis.

We cook with what the region offers right now: seasonal, regional, with fresh ingredients and great care. Sometimes a brunch by the lake, sometimes a picnic at a mountain lake, sometimes a long table in the evening. We plan for intolerances from the start.

Heat opens, cold closes, rest integrates. In Lithuania, sauna master Inga leads the traditional Pirtis ritual with birch branches, herbs and honey; in the Alps it is sauna and steam bath, in Val Müstair a private sauna in the old barn.

Cold exposure and breathwork are powerful tools – and nothing to force. We do not recommend taking part if you are pregnant or have pre-existing medical conditions, especially of the cardiovascular system. Participation is at your own risk; if in doubt, talk to your doctor first. And talk to us – we find a good alternative for almost everything.

Small groups, few places. Write to us – we answer personally, usually within 24 hours.
